Do you organize sales and events?

What if the item I bought doesn’t work for me?

You can return it within 7 days of receipt, please see our Returns policy for more details.

Can I order online and then come to one of your showrooms to try on and collect my item?

Yes, all you need to do is contact us beforehand so we don’t charge you shipping fees and so we can set a date and time when all our attention can be dedicated to you and your piece!

What if I am not a standard size?

Not to worry! Most of our clients are not a standard size, which is why our Made to Measure and Alteration services ensure the pieces fit you perfectly no matter what size you are.

Can I get a certain piece made in a different colour or fabric?

Of course! Our unique Made to Measure service is all about creating the perfect garment for YOU! Just email us with the product code, your size and the colour and fabric you had in mind. We will reply within 2 business days and your piece will get made within the next 4 weeks.

Where do your fabrics come from?

number 35 prides itself on its high quality fabrics that come from France, Italy and Belgium. All our fabrics have been specially sourced, tested and ensure durability and perfect fit.

Where do you manufacture?

Everything is made in the UK as we like to keep a close watch on the manufacturing process to ensure perfection is achieved with every garment.

Who are your clients?

Our clients are mostly professional women who need elegant clothing with a twist to fit into their busy daily schedule. Our customers need clothes that fit perfectly and can take them from a busy morning at the office to an evening at a formal dinner.

Where are you based?

Number 35 has two showrooms in London- one in Highgate and one on Fulham road. We always welcome new visitors!
